Tricho-Med Corporation

Licensed to cultivate cannabis by Health Canada. Tricho-Med plans to expand aggressively and eventually have 600,000 square feet of cultivation space in operation. LGC Capital Inc. provided a secured loan to Trichomed in December 2017. As per the terms, LGC was able to convert the loan into a 49% direct equity interest, and a five percent (5%) royalty of Trichomed’s net sales of cannabis and cannabis-related products.
