The Company operates, invests in, and acquires businesses exclusively in the cannabis sector. The deal involves the introduction and distribution of the distinguished line of high-concentration CBD+ formulae, products, and cutting-edge delivery vapes from dosist health to the UK and Europe. Through its recently created Mellow Distribution business, Mellow will carry out this activity.
